This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued for Replify's digital and consulting services.
All Sales Are Final Once Work Has Begun
Due to the nature of digital and consulting services, all sales are final once work has begun. This includes any research, strategy, design, development, or advisory hours spent on your project.
Refunds Before Work Begins
Refund requests submitted before any work has begun will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within a reasonable time frame.
No Refunds After Delivery
No refunds will be issued after delivery of any audit report or completed service. Once a deliverable has been provided, payment for that deliverable is considered final.
